Our Clinical Yoga for Back Pain courses are a unique opportunity to spend 6 weeks with a chartered physiotherapist and qualified yoga instructor, learning about your spine, how it moves, why it can sometimes become a problem, and what to do about it. Our comprehensive and evidence-based course gives you the tools you need to take control of your own back, keep it healthy and strong, and avoid future problems.
Our post-natal recovery classes have been specifically designed by chartered physiotherapist and yoga teacher, Eve Ashton-Monteiro. Eve's classes vary from week to week, but always focus on the key areas that can affect women after giving birth. Classes have been tailored to focus on restoring your strength, mobility, and confidence. Babies are welcome of course but the focus is on you!
